Sutter Home Moscato White Wine is luxurious, sweet, and juicy that delights with strawberry, ripe honeydew, and melon flavors. It offers a well-balanced, light-bodied Moscato with a bouquet of rose, lychee fruit, and peaches, as well as an inviting aroma that reminds us of the farmers market. The sweet flavors are perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity, and a vivid, crisp finish. To craft this lovely wine, the winemakers cap and drain the juice to increase the varietal intensity, and forego malolactic fermentation to maintain the wine’s refreshing acidity. To preserve its fresh, fragrant aromas and flavors, it is cold-fermented at 50°F and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks.
