Maenad Wine Co. Vidal Pet-Nat 2022, Collab Wine & Beverage

Gorgeous Vidal grapes make the base of this bubbly wine. Co-fermented with Concord grapes and tarragon to add some subtle complexity and fun. Flavours of tree fruit, bubblegum, grape juice and liquorice. Juicy and flavourful with nice, natural bubbles. Unfiltered and bottled with lees. No sulphites added.

Winemaker Yvonne Irvine co-owns Maenad Wine Co. with her husband Rob Wallace. The project was born out of a desire to create a brand with integrity and produce honest, well made, and interesting wines on their own terms. The brand celebrates women and wine — as they are, completely unfined and unfiltered.
