FLAVOUR PROFILE
Deep purple black colour with a bouquet of black cherry, black currant, blueberry jam, sweet oak, and roasted beet. A medium-bodied, fruity red wine with food-friendly acidity. This smooth, easy-drinking Baco Noir has juicy dark fruit flavours (cherry, plum, and currant), and a touch of sweet spice. Juicy, tangy dark berries, sweet oak and spice linger on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 17°C.
