To preserve its subtlety, the winery uses carefully selected yeasts and gentle lees stirring to enhance softness and texture, avoiding oak and malolactic fermentation. This results in an elegant, crisp, and refreshing cool-climate expression with 12% alcohol by volume (ABV).
