Fresh Meritage: This is a medium-bodied red blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and merlot with flavours of ripe red berries, plum and black cherry with a touch of oak and vanilla rounding out the finish. This wine pairs well with grilled burgers or hearty stews. Fermented in stainless steel for 12 days, Aged in French and American oak barrels for 5 months. Blended and bottled to preserve fruit characters.
Fresh Rosé: The rosé grapes were gently pressed with little duration of skin contact so as not to extract too much colour or tannin. Light pink in colour, this rosé has a nose of pomegranate, citrus and strawberry jam. The palate echoes the bouquet with a rich medley of red berry fruits including raspberry, cherry and ripe red plum.
A perfect match for summer barbeques, with spinach salad topped with goat cheese and fresh strawberries or with tomato, bocconcini and basil skewers!
