The Christian Brothers Brandy is made from the finest grape varietals and incorporates the same time-honored copper pot still production method perfected over 75 years ago. Like fine Cognacs, this process creates a rich flavor and whole body, enhanced by slow aging in hand-selected Bourbon barrels for at least two years. During aging, the oak barrels imbue the Brandy with layers of well-balanced fruit flavors and a warm, lingering finish.
