The eighth release in The Macallan’s annual Classic Cut series demonstrates our ongoing quest to seek out the extraordinary. This exceptional single malt has been matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks.​ On the nose are notes of rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak, before baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla are unveiled on the palate.
