Fresh Unoaked Pinot Noir, Shiny Apple Cider Home Of Fresh Wines

The 2023 growing season started cooler, but a late summer heat spike accelerated ripening. We sourced beautiful Pinot Noir fruit from our Queenston Road site and vinified it quickly, keeping the wine off the skins to minimize tannins for an early-drinking style.
The wine has no oak contact, resulting in a lighter-bodied, fruity profile with hints of earthiness and freshness. Serve slightly chilled in the summer for a refreshing twist. The nose offers bright cherry, red raspberry, sandalwood, and a touch of earth, while the palate bursts with wild strawberry, cherry, and savory beetroot notes.
It’s a lush, juicy, and easy-drinking wine, perfect with grilled mushrooms, salmon, summer vegetables, turkey burgers, pizza, or ribs.
